Exchange Period

  • Customers have a 7-day window from the day of delivery to easily exchange their products.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • For an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Exchange Process

  • To exchange, simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 334 0525111. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • After that cutomer(s) need to send the shipment back via any courier service to the company's wearhouse address for exchange.

Return Policy

  • If you receive a damaged item or an unsatisfactory quality product, you can easily contact our team to claim a refund by returning the unworn product to the Cueroo Warehouse.

Note: Products purchased during any sale, promotion, or special offer are not eligible for returns or refunds.
